Services

My Approach

Individual

Our individual therapy sessions are designed to address your specific concerns and help you navigate life's challenges. Through a collaborative and supportive approach, we aim to empower you to overcome obstacles and live a fulfilling life.

Couples

Our couples therapy focuses on enhancing communication, building trust, and strengthening relationships. We provide a neutral and supportive environment for couples to address conflicts, improve intimacy, and foster a deeper connection.

Trauma-Informed Sex Therapy

We approach sexual health and intimacy through a trauma-informed lens, recognizing that early experiences, relational wounds, and past harm can deeply influence how individuals connect with themselves and others.  This work focuses on creating safety, reducing shame, and helping clients understand the why behind their patterns.

Behavioral Change

This approach helps clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to concerns such as compulsive sexual behaviors, avoidance, or relationship conflict.  Together, we develop practical tools to interrupt cycles, increase self-control, and create more intentional choices.

Relational and Attachment-Based Therapy

Healthy intimacy is rooted in how we connect with others. Using a relational and attachment-based framework, we explore patterns of closeness, communication, and emotional safety within relationships.
